MORE ON MATT
The founder of Project 8, and a firm believer on passing on experience and knowledge to better young players. As an aspiring hockey player I wanted to constantly improve, develop and grow. I made decisions to pursue hockey to the highest level and I immersed myself around Olympians, Full Internationals and the best coaches.
For the record, I didn't play County Hockey until I was 16, and felt real pain and frustration not getting selected for particular county teams when younger. I decided to work hard, knuckle down and push myself to improve.
Understanding failure and disappointment has probably taught me more. So it is now that I can share those experiences, those skill sets and mentality to help you and reaching your goals and targets.
